City station invaded by football fans

HUNDREDS of football fans have been passing through York Railway Station en route to the final of a major European tournament in Manchester.
Glasgow Rangers fans have been travelling through the station on their way to the UEFA cup final at the City Of Manchester Stadium.
The club will play Zenit St Petersburg.

it was a lovely sight this morning, loads of blue noses getting on the Manchester bound trains, didn't know people could drink that much Tennants at that time of the morning. Made the morning commute most entertaining. And then there's the return journey tomorrow, "hey the races are on let's sack York like Great Great Grandpa used to!" I suspect Russian Police however will probably keep these antics in mind when dealing with english fans next week.
And again rightly so in the case of a small minority, but let's just be thankful this isn't the 1980's anymore!
